This morning I had my compression sock fitting. Guess what ? I’m now apparently considered ‘Average‘ and not “Plus” in the calf department! Wow, how did that happen? I don’t know if I believe it, so I only ordered one pair to test this thing hehe. I really hope that they are indeed what I need, because if so, they’re only just above 100$ a pair! Woot! Although, the sock company should send a memo to the tall boots company, because I know I’m not about to fit in any random boots.
So Steph and Jim are going out to see some boring manly movie tonight. I was planning on staying home, slathering a moisturizing mask on, painting my toe nails and watching Ugly Betty, Grey’s Anatomy, Lost (and record Scrubs and The Office.. Why must everything be Thursday night?) I got a call at noon from my mother in law saying that she’s coming to town to shop and she’ll call me when she’s done, so she can come over and hang out while father in law attends a function. She’s a sweetheart, but I was really looking forward to being alone in my house (a rarity) and enjoying some me-time. Ah well. The guys have 2 movies they want to see so maybe I’ll kick them out during the weekend sometime to have a me-day take II.
